Our Philosophy
The Phil Gardner School of
Real Estate is dedicated to helping Missouri real estate professionals get their
start in the field of real estate and to improving the practice of
established agents and brokers.
We cover all areas of
training needs including pre-license school for the newcomers to the field,
brokers school for those wishing to obtain a brokers license, sales success
seminars to improve your sales, and workshops on developing or improving an
existing office.
Our consulting service
provides on-site advice on setting up and managing an office and will show
you ways to boost sales.
